XTrade offers its clients a negative balance protection, which means that the balance of our traders will never become negative. This program will prevent a trader to become in debt. Unfortunately, not every broker is able to offer a negative balance protection. Sometimes for traders with little experience in the market, the absence of a margin call can lead to the loss of the entire investment and even go into debt. The market can tolerate only a reasonable risk and money management in combination with a correctly applied trading strategy. Entering into debt is never acceptable for traders, without any regards to how much experience the trader has.
